When the injection molding machine is in operation, the processing method for the poor color mixing of the screw is as follows:
1, material problems, check the quality of toner, replace the material.
2, the temperature is too low, check the actual temperature and the material required temperature, increase the temperature.
3, back pressure is too low, check the back pressure, increase back pressure.
4, the mixing time is short, longer mixing time or replace the mixing head.
5, the rotation speed is too low, check the screw rotation speed, increase the screw rotation speed.
